Free range farm fresh eggs newly washed and drying before being placed in their cartons for customers to purchase. Our hens and ducks are all given free range time daily to enjoy the Florida sunshine, green grass and all the bugs they can catch.
Free ranging our flocks makes for happy girls, and happy girls lay lots of beautiful eggs daily. We can average 2-3 dozen a day from our flocks during peek laying season. We collect eggs 2 times a day during the cooler months, and 3-4 times a day during the hot months.
All eggs are stored at room temperature prior to being washed. once washed we place them into cartons and into the refrigerator.

The results varied from farm to farm, but the average free range egg results showed:
- 1⁄3 less cholesterol
- 1⁄4 less saturated fat
- 2⁄3 more vitamin A
- 3 times more vitamin E
- 7 times more beta carotene
