We have chicken and duck eggs both available weekly on Saturdays. Our hours are 11:00 – 3:00 or until we sell out.
Butchering will begin in November this year. We had plans for an October butcher, but do to set backs this summer we have had to post pone that date. In 2013 we will hold to rounds of butchering for chickens and 1 round for ducks.
We have a limited number of now egg laying age ducks available who are not able to be used in our breeding program, but would provide you a wonderful supply of eggs. They are $25.00/Khaki Campbell and $35.00/Silver Appleyard. They don’t meet the breed standard, but it doesn’t take away from their ability to provide fresh eggs for eating and baking.
